This warranty extends your included tufting gun's 30 day warranty for an additional 11 months, expiring one year from your original delivery date. This extended warranty must be purchased before the expiration of of your included 30 day warranty. This covers repair/replacement costs, but customer is responsible for shipping.
Refund: Once purchased, we can not issue a refund for the extended warranty unless a refund request has been approved for your tufting gun.
