Bespoke - Custom Made Die Cut Rug

Your plush custom rug will consist of 100% acrylic fibers, made to your specifications in the shape of your image, and shipped out within 20 days of final design approval and full payment.
Our custom rugs are priced at approximately $30 per sqft (2x2 minimum) plus an additional $20 for a die-cut finish. This includes a felt backing, and 2 colors. Additional colors are $10 each, and non-slip backing is $30.
After your order request is submitted, you will receive an initial email with mockup images and a quote. Once the final design is approved, you will receive an invoice. Production will begin once full payment is received.
Because this item is custom-made to your preference, we are unable to accept returns or give refunds. All sales are final for custom and made-to-order products. Payments applied through our invoicing system confirm that you understand these conditions and approve the description of the work to be completed.
Once payment has been made, we can not accept any changes to the details on this order. Please make sure all of your expectations are captured in the invoice before making your payment. Requests for changes after payment is received will be a NEW order and invoice.
Your invoice will be open for no more than 48hrs. After that, the invoice is subject to cancellation, and initially quoted prices can change.
The completion/shipping date is based on payment being cleared on the date the invoice is received. Delay in payment will delay the completion/shipping date.
Our stunning custom rugs are beautifully tufted with acrylic yarn and tend to shed, especially heavy in the first few weeks. We recommend gently vacuuming with handheld attachments. We also recommend placing your rug indoors in a low-traffic area. Our rugs can NOT be machine washed so we also advise that they are spot cleaned only with a damp cloth and mild detergent.
